Pricing
Pythian Castle is rented by the hour with a minimum base rate required
based on type of event. Hours must be continuous ane must include
load-in, set-up, photos (both inside and outside of the building),
event and load-out.

If you rent the ballroom & buffet, you can rent the theater for half price.
50% Deposit reserves your day
Parties of 250 or more or those wishing to have no other event in the
building at the same time, must purchase the wedding and reception
package.
Fees include table and chairs we currently have.
Fees do not include food, dishes, linens, flatware or servers.
Pythian Castle has no in-house caterer.

If you chose another caterer, the only limitation is,
food may not be prepared on-site. Caterers must bring food in already prepared.
A prep room with refrigeration is available for their use.
Beer and Wine Cash Bar or Open Bar optional service.
Service to be provided by Pythian Castle, no outside vendors.
Some leasors of Pythian Castle must provide their own liability
coverage naming Pythian Castle as additionally insured. A minimum of
$300,000 for private parties, $1,000,000 for businesses/schools.
